  • How did you get involved in sports and what keeps you going?

People told me football wasn't for girls, and for a long time, I believed them. Then I saw Flag Football get sanctioned for the 2028 Olympics in my home city of LA. Everything changed. I realized I wasn’t just playing a game; I was part of a movement. What motivates me is the 'blank page' of this sport, we are the ones writing the record books right now, and I want my name on the very first page as a pure-play specialist.

My athletic journey started long before I ever picked up a football; I spent my youth as a high-intensity softball player, which is where I developed the 'cannon arm' that everyone talks about today. I'm driven by the discipline of the sport and the tactical chess match that happens every time I step behind the center.

How has being an athlete affected you positively?

Flag football gave me a tactical intelligence I never knew I had. I see the field in 3D now. It’s given me a community of sisters who are all 'firsts', the first captains and stars of our school's program. That shared history creates a bond that is unbreakable. It has made me a leader who isn't afraid to take risks when the clock is ticking down.

I grew up in Long Beach, a city that breathes sports. I was a 3-time League MVP in high school softball, but when I discovered flag football in college at CSU, everything clicked. I realized that the leadership skills I honed on the diamond were exactly what a high-level QB needs. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the mechanics of the game, from deep-ball accuracy to reading complex defensive coverages under pressure.

What are you most proud of?

Currently I'm the first-ever Female QB to lead LA City Stars to regional title; 2,100 passing yards; 2028 Olympic Prospect. Historically, I've had a 4-year tenure as a Flag Football specialist. Outside of the game, I’m a huge advocate for female representation in professional sports. I spend a lot of my time working with youth programs in Southern California, showing young girls that there is a path to a professional career in football. For me, it’s about more than just the stats; it’s about the legacy we’re building for the women who will play this game after us.

    What are your goals?

I want to be the player that scouts point to when they define what a modern QB looks like.

My immediate goal is to lead the City Stars to a Regional Championship title this year. Long-term, I am working toward a national brand partnership that will allow me to transition into full-time training and skill development. I want to be the face of flag football as it moves toward Olympic inclusion.

    What are your interests?

I am fascinated by tactical sports strategy and love breaking down film and finding the 'weak link' in a defense. I'm also very into high-performance nutrition and coastal living; you'll often find me at the beach reflecting on game tapes or experimenting with plant-based recovery meals. I'm also learning how to play the guitar to relax after practice.

What's a random fact not many people know about you?

One thing that usually shocks people is that I didn't actually play a single snap of football until I was 19. I spent my whole life being groomed for pro softball, but the moment I threw my first touchdown, I knew I had found my true calling.
