  2. Third-Party Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the payment options they list. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, security, or functionality of these third-party payment services. Athletes can update P2P accounts only once annually.

  3. Transaction Security: Any transactions made using the listed third-party payment options are the sole responsibility of the users. It is important to ensure that you are using secure and reliable payment methods. We recommend conducting due diligence before making any transactions.

  4. Liability: We are not liable for any disputes, errors, or issues that may arise from transactions made through third-party payment platforms. All issues should be addressed directly with the respective payment service provider.

Fundraisher allows users to list their third-party payment options for convenience.

Users are solely responsible for the payment options they list. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, security, or functionality of these third-party payment services.
Any issues arising from transactions made through third-party payment platforms should be addressed directly with the respective payment service provider.


3. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Fundraisher subscription plans can be cancelled at any time.
The first month of subscription is free, including one week for Hub creation and athlete verification.
There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions once paid.
During the 9 day trial period, subscriptions will be cancelled and you will not be charged if we are unable to verify you as the owner of the account or as an active/retired athlete.


4. Eligibility

Only women and girls are eligible to apply for athlete verification on our website.
All ages are welcome to apply.
All sport levels are welcome to apply including academic, recreational, amateur, and professional.


5. Verification

To ensure the integrity of our platform, we may require verification of athlete status.
If we are unable to verify you as the owner of the account or as an active/retired athlete, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged.


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any disputes, errors, or issues that may arise from transactions made through third-party payment platforms.
We do not store or have access to any payment information provided through third-party platforms. Users should ensure their payment details are entered securely on the payment provider’s site.

7. Tax Liability

Users are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the donations or payments received through third-party payment options.
We do not provide tax advice, and we recommend consulting with a tax professional to understand your tax obligations.
