  • What is the Athlete Menu?
Once logged in, you’ll unlock the Athlete Menu — a dedicated space for managing your experience on the platform. Most definitely! We are always looking for opportunities to align with others who share our mission of supporting women and girls in sports. We are donating 1,500 Hubs via aligned nonprofit organizations. Interested? Contact us here.
  • Can I accept direct donations via my Hub?
Fundraisher does not process funds on behalf of athletes. If you’d like to accept donations without sharing personal P2P accounts, we highly recommend setting up a crowdfunding page (like GoFundMe) and linking it under your Campaigns and Fundraisers section.
  • If I don't have an athlete to donate to, can I contribute to a general fund?
Fundraisher does not have a general fund, but we'd like to recommend 2 organizations with whom we have aligned missions: Got Her Back Grrridiron Girls Foundation Women's Sports Foundation
  • Why does Fundraisher only accept Paypal?
At Fundraisher, we prioritize your safety and compliance. We've chosen to use PayPal for payments because it allows us to ensure minors cannot establish accounts or accept funds without the direct oversight of a parent or guardian. Directly accepting debit and credit cards during sign-up makes this crucial monitoring impossible. This also ensures your credit card and personal financial data are never stored directly on our servers (shipping addresses excluded), giving you peace of mind.
  • Can teams sign up for a Fundraisher Hub?
In Q4 2025, yes! Team Hubs are coming AND will be able to link and feed events and campaign information directly to connected Athlete Hubs. At this time we are focused on creating the best possible product for athletes, BUT, team Hubs are on our roadmap for the near future. Click here to subscribe to Team Hub updates.
  • Why does Fundraisher focus on women and girls in sports?
Fundraisher focuses on women and girls in sports because we believe in promoting gender equity and providing opportunities for female athletes. Opportunities to raise funds for not only travel and uniforms, but training, nutrition, and improving her game. Women's sports are gaining momentum because of the quality of play AND the operation structure in which fans show their support, down to helping athlete raise funds and sell tickets/merch. This is where we come in for the athlete, no matter her age or competition level. Oh, also... Paige Bueckers, the WNBA's 2025 1st draft pick, will earn a four-year contract worth $348,198, with a base salary of $78,831 in her first year. In contrast, the first overall pick in the NBA's 2025 draft will receive a four-year, $62.7 million contract, including $13.8 million in Year 1. K, byeeee!
  • Does Fundraisher have a mobile app?
No app needed, hooray! Fundraisher is web-based, which means you can access it anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer, and since you probably won’t need to log in every day (unless you’re competing and updating your scores daily) we decided not to take up space on your device. Just open your browser, head to athletehubs.com or fundraisher.com, click "Athlete Login," and you’re good to go whether managing your Account, updating your Hub, or accessing your Marketing Hub. Unless you are using an incognito browser you will remain logged in for a while, so be sure to log off when using a public computer. Keeping everything web-based also means your supporters will never need to download anything, which we are sure they will appreciate! If you feel that an app would better help you manage your Hub, let us know, we'd love to hear from you.
  • Where is the Fundraisher Headquarters?
We are based in both Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA
  • If I cancel my membership do I lose my unique URL?
Upon cancellation of any plan (including after a free trial), we will retain your account data for a period of 365 days. During this period, if you choose to reinstate your subscription, we will gladly import your existing data back into your account. Reclaiming your previous custom URL will be subject to its availability at the time of reinstatement.
  • How do I update the information displayed on my Hub?
When you first sign up, you'll be taken straight to the Athlete Hub Builder to start building your Hub — and that’s where you’ll go whenever you want to make updates too. Once your Hub is live, just head to athletehubs.com or fundraisher.com, click "Athlete Login," and choose "Athlete Hub Builder" to update your Hub details anytime.
  • Can I create or keep my Hub if I am a retired athlete?
Yes! Retired athletes can absolutely keep their Hub. Even after your playing days, your supporters can continue to assist with post-career expenses like injury rehab and other costs as well as simply keep up with your current happenings.
  • How old do I need to be to launch a Fundraisher Hub?
There are no age restrictions for the athlete—for example, a parent can create an account for their 5-year-old soccer player. To create a Fundraisher account and accept Terms & Conditions, you must be at least 18 years old.
