A Fundraisher Athlete Hub is your personal, all-in-one digital space to showcase who you are as an athlete, share your story, and make it easier for people and brands to support you. Each Hub comes with your personalized URL and QR Code Card to make sharing your Hub a breeze.
Each hub is customized to you and includes your teams, campaigns, events, fundraising links, social media, and even your digital media kit all in one place. Think of it as a living portfolio and fundraising tool designed to help you grow your audience and your opportunities. Think of it as Linkedin meets Linktree, but with features specific to supporting female athletes.
With your Athlete Hub, you can:
Centralize your presence – It's the only link you'll ever need, as everything else that you need to share is linked within.
Accept support directly – Feature fundraising or brand campaigns you’re part of and even link your CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or GoFundMe links so fans can give directly to you.
Connect with partners – Receive sponsorship and collaboration inquiries through your built-in Partnership Inquiry Form.
Share your journey – Keep supporters up to date on your athletic milestones and achievements.
Control your visibility – Choose which sections (Events, Teams, Campaigns, or Partnerships) you want to display on your public hub.
Every hub is powered by you. Log in at anytime to make real-time updates with no coding, no middlemen, and no endless link juggling for your supporters. Ensure that your fans, friends, and sponsors always know exactly where to find you and how to support you.
A core part of our mission is creating and fostering opportunities for women and girls in sports. We’ve built the Partner Hub a private network where approved brands and agencies can find athletes for paid campaigns and contact them directly via their Hubs.
Our Silver plan is designed for athletes who are also ready to secure partnerships, sponsorships, campaigns, and more. The Bronze plan is perfect for athletes of all ages who want a secure platform that is never listed on any internal directory or external search engine.
It's important to note that Fundraisher never takes a commission and we do not process payments. Our athletes are businesses who manage their own contracts and finances. We're simply here to play matchmaker and provide support along the way. 😊
Yes, Fundraisher has Team Hubs, but they function as a secure internal management tool to help teams synchronize event and fundraiser data across their athletes Hubs. They are not public-facing pages.
What is the Purpose of a Team Hub?
Data Synchronization. It allows the team to ensure all athletes on their roster have the most accurate and up-to-date event schedules and official fundraising information reflected instantly on their individual public Athlete Hubs.
How Much Does a Team Hub Cost?
There is no cost to launch a Team Hub.
How Does an Athlete Connect?
Athletes can select from a list of registered teams to authorize that team to push updates (like game cancellations or new fundraiser links) directly to their individual Hub.
Who Manages the Team Hub?
Access to manage the Team Hub is restricted. One must apply to become a Team Administrator. This role is typically granted to team staff, coaches, or authorized team volunteers.
Can a Team Hub have more than one Admin?
Yes, teams can have multiple admins. Each admin must go through the approval process.
A First Pitch is your professional sponsorship proposal. It's the first impression you make when you reach out to a brand or partner, and it's your opportunity to showcase your value as an athlete.
Found in your Athlete Marketing Hub, a First Pitch is a professionally crafted proposal that we create and deliver on your behalf. It uses the information from your Athlete Hub, Media Kit, and First Pitch request to highlight your story, your audience demographics, and your engagement metrics. It’s designed to answer the question, "Why should a brand partner with you?"
Think of it as your most powerful tool for securing sponsorships and turning a cold outreach into a warm, professional introduction.
We offer a range of subscription tiers designed to help athletes, cheerleaders, and dancers reach specific engagement, fundraising and partnership goals. There is no cost for agents, managers, or producers using Fundraisher to source talent for campaigns, approval required. Access our most updated pricing on our Pricing and Plans page.

There are no age restrictions for the athlete—for example, a parent can create an account for their 5-year-old soccer player, BUT to create a Fundraisher account and accept Terms & Conditions, you must be at least 18 years old.
We use PayPal and Venmo exclusively for account sign-up because they offer the best way to verify your identity and age securely, without requiring us to handle your sensitive financial data.
To create a standard account on either platform, a user must be at least 18 years old. By requiring you to link a verified PayPal or Venmo account during sign-up, we leverage their systems to quickly and reliably confirm that you meet our age requirements, which is crucial for compliance.
Secondly, we never store or process your credit card or bank account details on our servers. The responsibility for securing your most sensitive financial information remains entirely with PayPal and Venmo, which are specialized, industry-leading payment processors. This significantly minimizes our risk and ensures your data is protected by the highest standards of financial security and encryption.
In addition to age verification and security, we chose these platforms because they are the most widely used digital payment services in the United States, making sign-up fast and easy for almost everyone. A majority of U.S. adults already have an account with at least one of these services, meaning you can sign up with a single click, without having to enter all your information from scratch.
Hope this helps!
Every Hub comes with a personalized URL and a QR Code card. You can easily promote your Hub by sharing these on your social media, in your email signature, or on physical promo cards. This allows friends, family, and potential partners to access your Hub with a single click.
If you have a Silver or Gold Hub, your Athlete Hub will also be listed in our Partner Hub, available to agents looking to secure talent for campaigns.
Fundraisher transforms an athlete's profile into a professional sales tool, providing three core systems to maximize marketability, outreach, and discovery:
1. The First Pitch (Proactive Outreach)
Process: The athlete provides the details of a potential sponsor they want to partner with, or based on the information on the athletes Hub, Fundraisher will match the athlete with local business and and generate a professional, custom-tailored partnership proposal.
Benefit: This moves the athlete beyond passive waiting and gives them a direct, professional mechanism to initiate conversations with brands they align with, dramatically increasing their chances of securing a deal.
2. The Athlete Partner Marketplace (Discovery)
Process: Fundraisher facilitates a marketplace where vetted agents and brands can discover and vet female athletes for partnerships and influencer campaigns.
Benefit: It ensures the athlete's profile is always visible to key industry players who are actively looking to invest in talent, creating inbound partnership opportunities without the athlete having to pitch.
3. The Athlete Hub (Credibility)
The Athlete Hub displays the details about the athlete, the person, and the potential partner
Media Kit Integration: For those partners that value data, we centralize the athlete's social media stats and performance, removing the administrative burden of having to compile separate documents.
Partnership Inquiry Form: Every Hub includes a secure, dedicated inquiry form. When a brand is interested (either from the Marketplace, a First Pitch, or you sharing your Hub), the Hub provides a frictionless, professional channel for them to submit an inquiry, guaranteeing that the athlete receives contact in an organized manner and looks professional doing so.
To protect athletes and organizations, we only grant Team Admin access to people who are clearly authorized to represent a team.
Fast approvals In many cases, we can approve your request quickly if:
You sign up using an email address from the team’s official domain (for example, if the team website is bearcatsfc.org, we’ll look for an email like name@bearcatsfc.org), or
You’re listed on the team’s website as staff, a coach, or another official role.
If you don’t have a team email or website listing If you’re helping administratively but don’t have a team email or public staff listing, we’ll do a light check:
We’ll look at your LinkedIn to confirm your connection to the team.
We’ll then reach out to the team directly (using the email or contact form on their official website) to confirm you’re authorized to manage their hub on Fundraisher.
We do not require uploads of contracts, IDs, or other official documents. Our goal is to keep things secure while making the process as simple and human as possible.
Fundraisher focuses on women and girls in sports because we believe in promoting gender equity and providing opportunities for female athletes. Opportunities to raise funds for not only travel and uniforms, but training, nutrition, and improving her game. Women's sports are gaining momentum because of the quality of play AND the operation structure in which fans show their support, down to helping athlete raise funds and sell tickets/merch. This is where we come in for the athlete, no matter her age or competition level. Oh, also...
Paige Bueckers, the WNBA's 2025 1st draft pick, will earn a four-year contract worth $348,198, with a base salary of $78,831 in her first year.
In contrast, the first overall pick in the NBA's 2025 draft will receive a four-year, $62.7 million contract, including $13.8 million in Year 1. Big difference, right? K, byeeee!
Yes. Upon cancellation of any plan (including after a free trial), we will retain your account data for a period of 365 days. During this period, if you choose to reinstate your subscription, we will gladly import your existing data back into your account.
Reclaiming your previous custom URL will be subject to its availability at the time of reinstatement.
We are absolutely eager to partner with those who share our mission of supporting women and girls in sports. We are all for creating opportunities that create equity for the women we serve.
If you are a brand or agency professional interested in accessing our Athlete Partner Marketplace to browse our athletes who are interested in partnering with brands and agencies on paid campaigns and projects, please request access here.
In addition to our work with athletes, we are donating 1,500 Hubs through aligned nonprofit organizations. Do you know of an organization whose athletes could use this support? Think of a team that you know is fundraising, we'd love to help their athletes by donating Hubs for their fundraising efforts. If so, please feel free to contact us here.
No app needed, hooray! Fundraisher is web-based, which means you can access it anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer, and since you probably won’t need to log in every day (unless you’re competing and updating your scores daily) we decided not to take up space on your device.
Just open your browser, head to athletehubs.com or fundraisher.com, click "Athlete Login," and you’re good to go whether managing your Account, updating your Hub, or accessing your Marketing Hub. Unless you are using an incognito browser you will remain logged in for a while, so be sure to log off when using a public computer.
Keeping everything web-based also means your supporters will never need to download anything, which we are sure they will appreciate! If you feel that an app would better help you manage your Hub, let us know, we'd love to hear from you.
No, Fundraisher does not process funds on behalf of athletes. This is by design, as it ensures that you receive 100% of your contributions without a commission or processing fee.
However, your Athlete Hub is built to integrate seamlessly with other platforms. You can easily link to all of your personal and team fundraisers, such as GoFundMe pages, as well as to your personal payment accounts. These links are prominently displayed in the Show Your Support section of your Hub, providing a direct and convenient way for your community to contribute.
