  • Communications: Messages sent through our platform or to our support team

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent, features used, hub visit counts

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Payment Information: We do not store credit/debit card information

  • Transaction Data: We do not process payments or see donation amounts

  • Improve Services: Analyze usage to enhance features and user experience

  • Safety & Security: Detect fraud, abuse, and Terms violations

4.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

  • Public Hub Content: Information you choose to display on your public athlete hub is visible to anyone with your hub URL

  • Service Providers: PayPal for payment processing (they have their own privacy policies)

  • Business Transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or asset sale (users notified)

 
5. YOUR PRIVACY CONTROLS
5.1 Private by Default

  • Not Indexed: Athlete hubs are NOT indexed by search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)

  • Access Only via Link: Your hub is only accessible to people with your unique URL or QR code

  • You Control Sharing: You decide who gets your hub link

5.2 Preferred Display Name
You have full control over how your name appears on your hub. Use your legal name, a nickname, stage name, or any name you prefer. We support preferred display names to protect your identity and support personal expression.
5.3 Location Privacy
We never require your home address. You control location visibility on your hub: display city and state, just state, or only country. Your ZIP code is collected during signup for demographics only (not displayed publicly).
 
6. YOUR RIGHTS (CCPA & GDPR)
Under applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: Request what personal information we collect, use, and share

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal information

  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
