• Private Athlete Hubs: Your Athlete Hubs are intentionally private. They are not indexed by search engines and cannot be found via Google or other search platforms. Your Hub is only accessible directly through your unique URL or QR code.

• Preferred Display Name: You have full control over how your name appears on your Hub. Whether it's your legal name, a nickname, or any name you prefer, we support the use of Preferred Display Names to protect your identity and support personal expression.

• Athlete Location: We never require your home address. Only a zip code is collected during sign-up for demographic insights (excluding payment and shipping, which are handled separately). On your Hub, you can choose how much location detail to share—from your city and state, just your state, or only your country.

• Payment Information: It is our goal to never store any customer credit/debit card information on our servers, outside of necessary shipping addresses.
