NPO In-Kind Donations

These guidelines are designed to ensure the successful and impactful use of the gifted Athlete Hub subscriptions provided by Fundraisher to athletes through aligned nonprofit organizations. The provided Athlete Hub subscription is an in-kind gift from Fundraisher, aimed at empowering women and girls in sports by providing a comprehensive digital platform for managing athletic profiles, promoting their journey, and connecting with supporters. This initiative ensures that advanced technology is accessible to athletes who might not otherwise have access.

 

 

1. Eligibility: Subscriptions are for individual female athletes who are active in sports and aligned with the mission of the nonprofit organization.

2. Gift Details: Each gifted subscription grants full access to the features of the designated tier only (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Redemption instructions can be found on the Redeem page.

3. Non-Transferable: This is an in-kind gift with no cash value. The subscription is assigned to a specific athlete's Fundraisher account and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

4. Expiration and Renewal: The gifted subscription will expire after the designated amount of time. Athletes will receive notification prior to expiration and will have the option to renew their subscription.

5. Account Creation: Gifted subscriptions are intended for new Fundraisher accounts. Existing accounts cannot be transferred to a gifted subscription.

6. Account Setup: Upon activation, each athlete will create a unique login and password to access their personalized Athlete Hub.

7. Platform Features: The subscription includes access to all standard features of the Athlete Hub, such as fundraising tools, event management, sponsorship opportunities, and profile management.

8. Personal Use: The Athlete Hub is for the personal and direct use of the recipient athlete to promote their individual athletic journey.

9. Content Guidelines: All content uploaded to the Athlete Hub must comply with Fundraisher's Content Guidelines and Terms of Service. Inappropriate or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of the Hub.

11. Athletes are encouraged to refer to the Game Plan, Athlete User Guide, and FAQs for assistance in using the Athlete Hub effectively. These resources provide guidance for managing fundraising efforts, event coordination, sponsorship activities, and more.

12. Technical Support: Both the nonprofit organization and athletes can access standard technical support directly through Fundraisher’s website via the Contact page.

13. Nonprofit Program Participation: If an athlete discontinues participation in the nonprofit’s program during the subscription period, their access to the Athlete Hub will remain active until the end of the 1-year period unless otherwise stated.

14. Multi-Organization Use: The Athlete Hub can be used to promote the athlete's involvement with other organizations in addition to the issuing nonprofit's programs, providing flexibility in showcasing the athlete's full athletic journey.

By accepting the gifted Athlete Hub subscription, both the nonprofit organization and the athlete acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in these guidelines.
